This women empowerment program is aimed at assisting young women entrepreneurs or those keen to start an entrepreneurial journey. In this program the Foundation focuses on the identification, training, developing and, at times, incubating women in business.
The Foundation invites interested women to apply for a place at their quarterly Women of Power Boot camp that runs for 7 days. 100 participants will be selected and a training fee charged to cover costs of training.
At the boot camp the organization invites experts in various fields that equip these participants with the required skills for them to succeed in business.
At the heart of the boot camp is to ensure by the end of the 7 days, each participant will graduate with a proper, self-made business plan in any area of their choice and a ready business to operate. The top 10 participants will have the opportunity to pitch their business ideas to a panel of successful business people who have an interest on investing new ideas.
A dedicated curriculum has been developed that helps equip participants with core business skills.
